Getting Ready for the Fair

Hello!
Today I just wanted to share a few images I shot the other day of my kids doing their chores....
Fair is only a month away so they are busy getting their steers ready for the fair....

A typical hot summer day ends with the kids and Rambo taking a quick dip in the ponds on the ranch....
Enjoy the rest of your Sunday!
We are headed to the lake!
Take Care,
Maria

Oh how I loved this post Maria!!~
How exciting for your kids showing at the fair again. I love that photo of the steer licking your daughter's pants and the one of your youngest daughter and her dog in the field, that one is a gorgeous photo!!
Best of luck to them!! Our fair starts in 2 weeks and my boys can't wait! :)
Have a lovely week.
Sincerely,
melinda

This is such a perfect way of raising children, Maria. Simple country life full of love of animals, daily chores, learning responsibilities...and fun times. :)

Your kids are beautiful Maria! I certainly wouldn't have minded doing chores as a kid if they involved animals...how fun!

What a tremendous gift to give your kids that they are an integral part of taking care of the animals, cooling off by jumping in the pond with their clothes on, being best friends with their siblings. LOVE it!
