Happy New Year and New England Love

Hello!
I just wanted to write a quick note and tell everyone Happy New Year.....
I recently was lucky enough to get to make a trip to New Hampshire to visit my sister and her beautiful family.....My sister has 8 boys....
We had so much fun together and had a few fun photo sessions together.....
I haven't ever been to New Hampshire before and I have to tell you I fell in love with New Hampshire while I was there....
I will be sharing more images in the near future....

************************************************

On another note.....
My friend Melaine of the blog My Sweet Savannah had to start another blog due to technical difficulties......
You won't be able to follow Melaine on her regular blog My Sweet Savannah anymore.....
You can now find Melaine at My Sweet Savannah Blog.....

Melaine was one of the first bloggers to feature my blog on her website.....
I will forever be grateful for all of the encouragement she gave me when I first started blogging.

If you feel inclined to share a link to Melaine's new blog on one of your social networking sites, I know Melaine would be grateful for your help.....
************************************************

On a final note, I have had a lot of emails inquiring about the blanket my son Austin is wrapped up in.....
The blanket was a gift from my sister in law....
She bought it from a Super Walmart in Montana....
The brand of the blanket is a Better Homes and Gardens brand that Walmart carries.
Unfortunately I haven't had any luck locating any more of these blankets.....

Hope you all have a great weekend!
Take Care,
Maria

Hey Maria!
What part of New Hampshire does your sister live? My hubby is from there and we have lived there a couple of times! Still have family in Keene and Dunbarton! New England has always been dear to me. Happy to hear it is to you too!
Ps. When are coming to MT :)

I have been a long time reader, but I don't always leave a comment. But today I had to! I live in Ma, but went to college in NH and my husband and I take the girls there every summer. It seriously is one of the most beautiful states I have ever been to. I can't wait to see the pictures you took of your trip!

Happy New Year Maria! The snow... so peaceful and beautiful. I have always wanted to live someplace where it did. THEN we have lows (in So. Cal) in the low 20's (with no snow) and I rethink my fantasy of that cold blanket of white stuff. I would be wrapped up like your son, all of the time! :)

Happy New Year! I was born in NH (I left with my mom when I was under 2 though) and my dad and his side of the family all still live there. My husband and I live in Austin, TX and are headed to NH on Tuesday, for his first visit to the state! I think we're going to freeze our tushes off from the looks of it! However that beautiful photo makes it look like it will be worth it!

Ohh...I studied in New Hampshire way back in the day. We had to walk to class across a field of frozen 12 inch deep foot prints. What fun!

Your trip sounds lovely.

I was happy to read that you enjoyed your time in NH; we have a second home on a large lake there and travel to it most weekends. We never run out of outdoor activities to do there. This is the first time I have commented; I enjoy your blog. Cindy.
