Cabbages and Roses Giveaway



Hello Everyone!
I have a very special giveaway today!
Cabbages and Roses is generously giving away three meters of fabric from  from their beautiful new Hobury Range Collection to one lucky Dreamy Whites reader today!
(the giveaway value is 99 pounds or $158.00)


However,  I am not the only blogger working with Cabbages and Roses today.....

The exciting news is
Christina Strutt just released two new Cabbages and Roses Home Collections. 
Today I will be introducing you to three of the beautiful prints from the Hobury Range Collection.  
These are also the prints that will be included in my giveaway!
I just love this collection.
Not only are these prints my favorite color, but they also remind me of some of my favorite antique french linens.
I hope you enjoy the little preview!




The Elgin Raspberry is one of my favorite Cabbages and Roses prints.

The Jolly Stripe Red, is the second  Hobury Range  print that will be included in the giveaway.
I am a big fan of antique red french ticking, and that is exactly what this print reminds me of.

You could use it to make accent pillows.....


I also think it would make the cutest aprons, totes, runners, and or Christmas stockings.

  14. I've read about this giveaway on Jeska's blog, but I sincerely like these prints better because they fit perfectly my redecorating plans. I'm not a fan of pink, but I'd like to use some pinks along with yellows and teals in my new bedroom, and some pillows made of these fabrics would be lovely! Isn't that Elgin Raspberry print just gorgeous!

  39. I love the prints. I have a red and yellow toile look going in my family room/kitchen. I envision sewing small squares together of each pattern creating a quilt like look. Then adding a burlap or eyelet ruffle on the bottom to make a sink skirt for my kitchen.

    I've always told that: C&R is a wonderful company!
    I would use the fabrics to prepare the panels for the little windows in the nursery we are preparing for the baby arrival in February..should be enough fabric!
    But I could use those wonderful fabrics for little curtains inside my country dishboards..mmmm.

  101. I try to have everything in my house "meaningful." My bedding was purchased a long time ago and has no meaning. It's blah. Hopefully (cross your fingers) my husband is giving West Elm's organic cotton pin-tucked duvet cover. I LOVE that it's organic. We are avid recyclers.
    Anywho, to make a long story short, I would love to use the fabrics for some throw pillows and to cover the bedside lamps. It would give so much character and meaning to our blah room.
    And with three crazy kids in our house, we need that getaway.

  144. Red and white are my most favorite combination of fabric. I made a little girl's quilt with all red and white fabric and it was so hard to give it away because I love it so. I would make something for my sewing room with these lovely fabrics so that I could continue to be inspired in my craft.

  150. Thank you very much, for hosting such a exciting giveaway. I utterly love the idea of sprinkling the beuatiful fabric aroung our home. I would love to make a patchwork shower curtain for our master bathroom and then use the left over to make a simple desk top by combining the three fabrics. I will absolutely make sure there are some miraculous leftovers to create a few stuffed birdies to add to my 2 daughters bedroom. Good luck to everyone.

    I would make all kinds of cushions with the different fabrics. The fabrics go so well together! Oh gosh, I have so many ideas right now. I've seen so many things on the internet already I would want to try myself!!! I would make a bag out of the fabrics. And a rabbit for my daughter and hearts and birds and other ornaments ...

    Our baby girl is 15 months old and we will be setting her up with a big girl bed this Spring.

    I think this fabric would be the perfect mix of 'sweet baby girl' and bridge her room from baby to big girl as she grows older.

  168. Hi Maria, This fabric is gorgeous and perfect for my bedroom. I would make Christmas stockings with the Jolly stripe and the cuff would be made of the toile fabric. I would use the Elgin raspberry and the remainder of the toile for pillows in our bedroom. Thanks for a great giveaway!

  184. Absolutely beautiful giveaway! A bedroom makeover is definitely on the agenda and this gorgeous fabric would be perfect... I would make scatter cushions for the bed with "Provence Toile", Use the "Jolly Stripe" for a Lampshade, and make a bedside table cover with the Elgin Rasberry.. and this would mean I will have to purchase more of this gorgeous fabric for a Duvet Cover and drapes....:) to create the perfect shabby chic bedroom.... Heaven...
